Shipping policy

We will endeavour to process your order and dispatch within 48 hours of receiving payment.  You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been dispatched.

We deliver Australia wide using Australia Registered Post which requires a signature on delivery unless otherwise stated in the checkout process.  If you are not home when delivery takes place your item will be waiting at your local post office for collection.

Expected delivery times are:

• Sydney, | Approximately 1-3 business days
• Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide | Approximately 2-5 business days
• Perth, NT | Approximately 4-7 business days.

For all areas outside of these metro locations, please allow up to 8-10 business days.

Please note, these time frames are estimates.

Please choose carefully when buying quilts, under blankets, pillows and bath mats as these products cannot be returned due to health reasons unless they are faulty.
