WHEN WILL QUILT COVER WORLD SHIP MY ORDER?

We will endeavour to ship your item(s) out the same day if we receive orders before 12pm (midday). If after this time we will dispatch your item the next business working day. 

 

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY? 

Shipping within Australia (excluding WA and NT) is free for all orders over $99.00 otherwise, a $9 flat rate shipping fee applies. 

*Due to the resent increase in prices with Aus post all orders shipped to WA and NT will incur a $20.00 postage fee.

 

DOES QUILT COVER WORLD SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently only ship to New Zealand for a postage charge of only $19.95,

Orders are sent via International Express Australia Post service - tracking to your door. 

Delivery times will vary depending on your country. General transit time is 4 -10 days. Please note that this is an estimate only, and parcels can often be held up for longer periods while being processed by Customs Departments after arriving in your country. 

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We send items by Australia Registered Post and you can track your item here.

 

AN I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM QUILT COVER WORLD? 

Sorry. We currently do not offer this service.

WILL MY ITEM BE IN STOCK? 

Yes, we aim to keep stock of all our products listed on our website, if for some unforeseen reason we do not have a product in stock that you have ordered we will contact you with details of expected delivery time. We will offer you the option of placing the item(s) on back order and waiting for the product to come into stock, replacing the item with another product or receiving a refund.

CAN I ARRANGE FOR MY COURIER TO PICK UP MY ORDER FROM QUILT COVER WORLD WAREHOUSE?

Yes, no problem at all. Please could just advise us at checkout which courier company will be collecting your item.
